End the US Blockade on Cuba Human Billboard – Oakland, California

Join us to raise awareness about the growing global movement to END the deadly US blockade against Cuba. On October 29th and 30th, the UN General Assembly will be voting on a resolution condemning the commercial and financial blockade that the US imposes against Cuba. The General Assembly is expected to overwhelmingly condemn, for the 32nd year in a row, the illegal blockade which has put a stranglehold on the Cuban economy.
Countries around the world consider the blockade as a relentless attack on the Cuban people and their government! Time and time again, we see only the US and Israel voting in favor of continuing to punish Cuba.
The Bay Area and the entire world condemns the cruel and unjust US blockade against Cuba that has been going on for over 60 years, and the sanctions that have made life increasingly difficult for ordinary people on the island. We condemn the US hybrid war on Cuba and won’t stop organizing until the blockade is lifted, Cuba is taken off the SSOT list and Cuba can live free from US punishment and control.
